While studying that severe problem we discovered a new key that applies to all Giver communities.

Important Instructions for Downloading Audio Files:

1. You must RIGHT click on the title of the desired CD track.
2. Choose "Save Target As..." in the menu that appears.
3. A window will pop up, asking you where to save the file.
4. Select the location and type a title.
5. Save it.
6. Return to the web page and continue the process.
