Nurturing Your Spirit II CD
The seminar in Chicago began with a review of the basics and then Arthur explored new insights from the last few months. We looked at things like:
- The data that is embedded in the light of your spirit
- How the learning curve of your spirit differs from that of your soul
- The limitations of the soul in the womb
We also looked at how to heal some of the deeper wounds of the spirit. Some of the areas we addressed were:
- Wounds in the womb
- Issues with conception
- Child molestation
- Divorce
- Dissociative Identity Disorder
In the section on child molestation, Arthur presented a strong appeal to reframe the way we deal with those who have been molested. He presented a dramatically different paradigm for addressing the issue.
At the seminar, Arthur worked with an adult woman who had previously received a lot of ministry for the consequences of the molestation, but felt there were still unresolved issues. As he ministered to her spirit, others in the group felt release as well.
She has been contacted since the seminar and reports that there is SIGNIFICANT movement in her life from that ministry. This demo is valuable for anyone who has been molested or who works with victims of molestation.
In the afternoon session we explored tools for building our lives and releasing the potential that God has placed there.
We began with gender issues, looking at mixed gender in the human spirit and the implications for growth.
Next we looked at sex, shame and spiritual bonding through physical intimacy.
After that session, Arthur did two live demos. One was with a woman who had difficulty with sexual intimacy in marriage, and the other was with a couple who had a solid marriage but wanted to reach a higher level. Both demos are included in the CD album.
The rest of the afternoon was devoted to the issues of creativity, authority, and the role of the spirit in the Mercy season.
There were many Q & A sessions throughout the seminar. These were recorded, lightly edited for quality, and included in the teaching.
The work with the human spirit is an embryonic theology. We are years away from having a well-rounded understanding of this process. However, this teaching still opens up many new parameters for believers dealing with spiritual wounds.
There is a considerable amount of new material here that will supplement the existing foundation of the basic seminar, regardless of whether you are a seasoned practitioner or are on your own personal pilgrimage.
